From the time you’re guided into the bay, to the time you’re guided out-the employees are nice. Communicate every move to other team members. Quick and efficient-less than 20 minutes spent from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left. Grateful to have this location not only closest to my house, but to my in-laws also. Always 5 star service. And I received a $25 off coupon by txting Take 5 also-that can’t be beat.

Claudie was my main point of conversation and he was amazing. Very helpful, and we had an inside joke about my mileage at …666. I was glad to know Claudie is a Believer! I’ve been going to Take 5 for 9 years… the service, helpfulness, not a ripoff company, knowledgeable staff are the reasons I’m a forever customer. They go through the checkpoints to make sure they didn’t forget a step; always top off fluids (& will do that for free without an oil change..fyi); honor Veterans with a 25% discount (very generous)…more reasons to be a forever customer!

Service was fast and employee was nice and chatty. However when I asked for just an oil change I noticed on my receipt after I had left they had added an air filter and extra service fee charge. I’ve been there other times and employees always ask about add ons. Make sure to check your receipts or ask before they charge what they have included in the services. It was my mistake for not checking before leaving, too bad for trusting them.

To whom it may concern, My name is Millie not Molly lol 😂. The gentleman was very friendly and very polite. Right away he explained to me about the oil that he had or provide. I liked his personality and his willingness to listen to me about my concerns. I will recommend my friends to come to your shop for friendly service and helpful men like him. Ps . I didn’t get his name ,but he deserves a raise JS. Lol😂. I do customer service myself and it’s hard to hire good people that are willing to do the job . Not to mention just for a days pay.and then quit.)

I went for a normal oil change, and instead —my visit gave me anxiety. When I rolled my window down and shut off my car, waiting to be given instructions what to do next. All I could hear was how their I assume general manager spoke to his employees. Telling them “listen to me!” , “fix your attitude”, etc. —side note: the man he was talking to like this was actually very polite and didn’t say much back to him except “yes sir”. As someone who has been in a management role before several times, I couldn’t imagine correcting or speaking to my employees in such a rude and demeaning manner. ESPECIALLY not in front of paying customers, when the goal is to provide great customer service. The older Hispanic lady who helped me was okay, but I did not like how instead of calling me “ma’am”. I was called “mija” the whole time. I get it— she was trying to be nice. But I’m a grown woman as well as she is, there’s different ways to address a paying customer that spend almost $200 with them. I have never been so uncomfortable using Take 5 before. Do better! Be kind —especially to your employees. It genuinely is not that complicated. Go to any other Take 5– other than the Wadley location.
